This is very good and helpful mail for a lot of reasons. J.D. Biddle puts it well. He says, "I always carry a supply of pens with me no matter where I go. When asked to sign something like a charge slip, I use my pen and leave it there. It's amazing how many people call or come in to the office because they've picked up one of my pens someplace and carry it around with them."
This is also very easy to relate to because of the innovative cartoon. And it's great that no matter what quantity we select for the bulk of pens to get, it doesn't change the cost of each pen! It's simple: 39 cents for a pen, it's that easy! Thanks Dave Thompson for being so full of confidence and trust. It's not easy being a CEO but you are benevolent and loyal.
